I’ve painted Folk Bear several times, most recently in “A Folk Bear Gucci Panther Greeting.” He is hand-cut from birch plywood, painted and varnished. He has an eye-hook for hanging on a wall or may be turned into an ornament. He is the beginning of what I hope to be a long line of wooden cut-outs inspired by my narrative paintings.
