ABOUT

I sometimes say, “Shape up or ship out” in solidarity with people who complain about someone who isn’t acting right. Concise, direct, lighthearted. Perfect.

The shimmery deco paper is underneath the wallpaper that I saved from an old house. The letters are cut out of the wallpaper, which is then wrapped around canvas.

This is a part of a larger series that explores recycling materials, assembling and layering materials of different textures, all while thinking heavily about design I really love.
