Corona Girl
Corona Girl
Corona Girl is part of my Good Packaging series, people and models adorned in food packaging or recycled papers. You can learn more about this series here.
Not only do I love a Corona in a bottle with a lime on a hot summer day, their package design is so pleasing to me. It mostly consists of two-tones: white and navy, with splashes of deep yellow. It was the perfect design to use for this two-toned stripe dress.
To create this piece, I collaged food packaging and drew with colored pencil on white Arches art board (this means it’s more like super thick paper, less like a dense panel). Its dimensions are 16 x 20" which means it will fit into a standard size matte or frame. It’s signed and dated on the front.
This listing is for the artwork only. No frame is included.
