ABOUT THE ARTWORK

(2021) acrylic and food packaging on wood, 16x20” My sister commissioned me to create this portrait of her favorite musician Brandi Carlile. I contacted Brandi’s winery XOBC about it, and they very generously donated the labels. I included Jameson because of Brandi and my sister’s love for whiskey (mine too).
